Made sure to have a workout that's quick and straight-forward. I was going to say "quick and easy," but there was nothing easy about the workout. I still need work to be comfortable in the bottom of the OH squat, and I DEFINITELY need work on receiving a load in the OH squat position. I was able to work on that a bit today and get more comfortable. I still have a ways to go, though.
