Warm Up:
Joint rotations
Shoulder rehab movements: 5# x 8 reps each movement
Pass throughs
Squat therapy
Burgener Warm up: Oly bar x 3 reps each movement

Did the workout in 5 minute. Should have gone for complete sets for time, which I will next time. Did parallette dips w my legs straight out instead of using a dip machine, but the effect is similar. Also, I definitely need to work on my snatch technique since I caught in a power position each time and had to drop, then rise for the OH squat work.

Cool down:
1/2 mile dog walk w the wife. An easy way to cool down and get the dogs out as well.
