Märkmed

Did some air squats, push ups and lunges with my wife in the evening before bed. Did this as a way to help get more movement in our lives. After i finished with her, I did the Navy SEAL work. 3 sets of 10 sit ups, 10 push ups, 3 pull ups. The last set of pull ups was hard, and it shows me how much I've regressed recently. Time to get back at it!
