Had a great workout this morning. Didn't focus on a lot of weight, but really tried to use good form. I'm struggling because my left IT band and back are bugging me still. During my front squats, my IT band hung up a couple of times. I think I just need to continue being consistent with my workouts, my stretching and my yoga. Taking a bunch of time off obviously didn't help me. :-/
