Woke up a little later than expected, so I took it easy today. Did an easy workout. Performed the squats and followed them immediately with the hang power cleans using dumbbells. I rested a bit between the sets, though I tried to keep it short.
Still need to do the "greatest stretch" during the middle of the work day. Doing this seems to help loosen up my back and hip.
