Spent some time during Seminary doing stretches. I kinda didn't want to do it, but I'm glad I did. Worked a lot on my hips and legs, since my left hip and back are tight. One thing I noticed is that I need to do some foam rolling on my glutes, hips and back. I'm sure this will help loosen things up.
