I didn't sleep well last night, so I woke up a bit tired. Still got up and got to work. I didn't have a lot of time, so I went quickly through my reps. I'm still having some issues with my left hip. I think that's because I haven't been consistent in doing the "Greatest" stretch. Obviously I need to change clothes when I get home so I can be able to do this.
