Had some extra time to workout this morning, since I didn't have to go to seminary. Made the most of it and lifted well. Spent a little extra time on my warm up and cool down, since these normally are the areas that suffer when I'm in a hurry. I felt good while lifting. Interestingly, the squat felt pretty light. I definitely need to increase the weight. Same for the Bent over row/Romanian Deadlift. The only weight where I felt like I was pushing myself was the incline bench press. Even there I think I could still go up in weight.
One fun thing, I ate less junk food this weekend and actually feel better today. I don't feel as bloated as I have in the past. Gee, it's almost as if eating right makes a difference. LOL!! I have set a goal to lose one pound a week for 20 weeks. My goal is to be down to 200 by the end of July. DEFINITELY a doable goal.
