Notes

Did a quick workout at the office. Started off with some QL stretches, then lifted a bit. Dumbbell hang power clean to push jerk. Did this with one arm at a time, so light weight but good cardio. I tried to keep moving throughout the transitions between hands and between weights. My heart was pumping by the time I finished up.
