Notes

Had a great, easy ride this afternoon. I used my mountain bike, so I knew it wasn't going to be that fast. It was very comfortable. Stayed in HR Zone 1-2 for pretty much the entire ride, right up to end. I put in a couple of harder efforts at the end, coming up the hill from the golf course.

Can't wait to do more rides w my road bike. I'm also looking forward to real mountain bike rides on the trails. I just need it to be a bit drier.
