Had a good yoga workout this morning during seminary. It was nice because I had some issues getting to sleep last night because of some tighhtness issues. This meant I had pain in my hips and upper glutes. I think I need to 1) Keep doing my yoga in the morning and 2) Do more rolling on my hips and legs.
That said, I'm happy that my weight is slowly coming down to where I want it to be.
