Notes

Evening yoga workout with the wife, since my back is still bugging me. We started on one routine but stopped it about halfway through when the lady expected us to be all "bendy". Finished up with a different routine, which helped prep us for sleep.

I still want to get back on my bike soon, though. I'm ready for some real riding.
