Morning yoga routine at seminary again. Did a slightly different morning routine with some different moves. My back is still a bit achey, though it's slowly getting better. With the nicer weather, I want to ride outside!! Probably won't be able to since I have a date night tonight. *SIGH* I guess it's another trainer ride tonight.
