Notes

Had a good morning workout focused on yoga and stretches for my lower back. It definitely helped loosen things up a bit. I have a busy afternoon, so most likely I won't be able to ride this evening. However, I should be able to get in some PM yoga. The good thing about all the yoga is I can feel a difference, though the changes are slow.

Also, I'm frustrated by my weight. I can't seem to get it below 213. I think I need to be more patient, and get more sleep/rest.
