Notes

I rode through the Burns Park Soccer Fields for most of the ride. I did 2 sets of Tabata intervals, separated by a 5 minute rest. Rode for a bit to recover, then did a 5 minute steady effort afterwards. It was a nice, hard ride. It really helped that my position on the bike is jist about dialed in.

Avg. 14.8 mph for the ride.
