Notes

Nice ride around the River Trail on the NLR and LR side. Spent some time working on my pedaling cadence.

Did 9 minutes of high cadence (100+) then 9 minutes of low cadence work (80), while working at a perceived exertion of about 5-6 on a 10 rpe. Certainly felt it in the legs.

The ride home was a bit harder than I thought. I took a different route that was harder than I expected. I certainly need to adjust my route home to keep it easier.
