Notes

Had a great, easy ride along the River Trail. I didn't have a lot of time, but I wanted to get in a few miles. I made sure to ease into the mileage and tried pretty hard to stay easy. The only thing I did "Hard" was stand up while riding up the BDB. I made it all the way without sitting, which is a pretty good feat for me. :) I still want to work on getting faster over all.
