Notes

Had a good ride along the River Trail and the Burn's Park soccer fields. Mostly took it easy, until it was interval time! Did 2 sets of 5 x 30 secs on, 30 secs off. I pedaled easy for 5 minutes between the interval sets. I was a bit scared of them at the beginning, and for good reason. They SUCKED!

I should more accurately say I sucked. The intervals showed that I'm nowhere NEAR close enough to any kind of race shape. The first 30 seconds felt good. After that, I just seemed to suck wind. I couldn't get up to the speed I wanted. I'm definitely interested in a power meter for continued training, but I think I need to be more committed first.
