Notes

Had a great workout in the office, though I struggled with the workout a bit. I was a bit tired throughout the day, probably because of the hard ride yesterday. Still, I did the reps, as well as the hanging leg raises (3 sets of 10 reps) throughout the day. I also did 3 sets of 10 reps @ 7.5 lbs for my shoulder rehab movements. It was a struggle, but I got it done.
