Arnold Press throughout the day at work, using 30# dumbbells for my 60# total. Also did 3 x 10 hanging knee raises and 3 x 10 @ 7.5lbs shoulder rehab movements. I think the shoulder rehab movements right before the Arnold Press may be the reason my shoulders are a tad tired and I can't lift as much. Still, a good reason to keep going.
