Märkmed

Doing the bent over row with dumbbells. Also doing my hanging knee raises (3 x 10) and and shoulder rehab movements (3 x 10 @ 7.5lbs). Didn't do yoga this morning, since I'm still working on adjusting to the post-seminary schedule. I still want to add in more cycling in the mornings.
