Notes

Did some light stretching, the Burgener warm up with the small pipe and one set of 5 Jefferson curls with 10 pounds before lifting. With the rainy weather, it's been tough to get up sometimes. I'm just glad it's Friday. I may do a mobility/ab routine tomorrow.
