Notes

Increased my weights today. Took me a little time to figure out my dead lift amount, though. Warmed up with the Burgener warm up and some stretches. The day was a bit cooler, so it was easier to stay motivated to work. It'll be interesting to see what I can accomplish just by being consistent.
