Notes

Didn't get in bed last night as early as I should have. Still managed to get up and out of bed in time to get my workout in. Warmed up with some decent stretches, the Burgener warm up (4 reps of each movement) with the light bar, and then cranked out the lifts. Definitely need to be more consistent about getting in bed on time.
