Notes

Had a hard time getting started this morning. Didn't get enough sleep last night. Definitely need to work on that. Started the work out with some stretches, including shoulder stretches, since that's an area I need to work on. Did the Burgener warm up with the Oly bar, 4 reps per movement. I was definitely dragging today.
