Notes

Did some foam rolling for my calves, hamstrings and glutes. Feels WAY better than before. I also did some Egoscue method work for my back, hamstring, and abs. Then I finished up with the 'puking cat' ab exercise. Overall, I feel really good this morning. Definitely need to be consistent about stretching. I'll probably spend some time foam rolling and stretching tonight.
