Decided to challenge myself for December. The plan is to do yoga every day and kettlebell swings 3 times a week. Woke up this AM and did my yoga first, then the swings. Alternated arms every 10 reps with the swings today. Depending on how I feel, I may end up adding weight/reps to the swings later this month. All of this is to help get me ready for lifting again.
