Notes

Did some assisted pull ups and some overhead squats with the iron bar. I wasn't really trying to work hard, but simply trying to help Jenny get focused in on working out. I think it made a difference, though I'll have to help ease her into working out. I also did some stripper stretches to loosen up my hips. I definitely helps.
