Notes

Did some stretching this morning to loosen up for the day. Actually a little sore today from yesterday's workout. I guess that means I'm lifting heavy enough. =D I focused on more lower body stretching, but still included some upper body work as well. I feel I still need work on the ankles, hamstrings, and hips.
