Good workout during the day at home. Glad I was able to lift, even though I was technically "sick" last night. Workout felt good. I'm having issues with my left shoulder. I'm in need of more shoulder stretching during the week, as well as before my lifts. I also have to be careful about going heavy overhead. Seems the shoulder can't handle it just yet.
