Shoulder rehab movements 3lb x 7
Burgener Warm Up (3x each movement)

Did tabata intervals for the kettlebell swings. Used the 35# weight one handed. Felt pretty god to get it done. I think I'm going to keep working on it during the week, as a lead up to getting my bike legs again. :)
