Notes

Had a great ride this afternoon. The wind was blowing pretty hard, so I rode into the headwind at the start. It made the ride home pretty quick. :-) I kept the effort pretty easy the whole ride, about a 4-5 RPE, with some bumps up the scale omce in awhile.
