Did an abbreviated workout this morning, since I didn't have time to do my overhead presses as well. Glad I managed to get the weight lifted, though. It was great to make it a whole 2 weeks with the "4 AM Routine." I still need to get out of bed a bit earlier. I need to figure out how to get the rest I need.
