Notes

Did some stretching first, then worked on the first Cuong Nhu form. When the form revealed some issues with my left hip, /I spent some time working on moving through Mountain stance. It was more of a workout than I expected. I think I will spend more time on doing this. I like the katas, and they definitely help me stay loose. Also, they're just darn fun!
