Had a nice ride while the weather was good. It rained most of the morning, but the afternoon cleared up. Interesting that my legs are still a bit tweaked from my lifting. Maybe I need to add in a heavy arm day once during the week and give my legs a rest. I could always use another chest exercise. =D

I probably need to ride during the week as well. I wonder how I can make that happen? I should just plan on it.
