Today was my day off, so I worked out in the afternoon instead of the early morning. Good thing too, since I've had a rough night sleeping the past couple of nights. I felt like I lifted decently heavy today, given my recent lack of sleep. The OH Squat was pretty tough, especially on my wrists. I may need to look into wrist straps on days I go overhead.
