Notes

Hopped on the trainer tonight for a quick, easy ride. Warmed up for a few minutes, then did 6 x 1 minute fast pedal intervals of 105-115 rpm, in an easy gear. I rested for a minute between each interval. Cooled down w easy pedaling for the rest of the time.
