Notes

Easy morning yoga routine at seminary today. I included the "greatest" stretch, as well as some time laying w/feet elevated on the couch. I can tell a big difference in my back and how well it's doing. My lower back seems less tight and more loose since I started doing yoga this week. Pretty cool to see so much improvement so quickly. DEFINITELY need to be as consistent on this as on my riding.
