Notes

Did a short, intense session on the trainer yesterday. Really wanted a longer ridw outside, but the weather and my schedule didn't cooperate. Warmed up easy, them did 2 sets of 5 sprints lasting about 45 secs, w a little rest between reps. Took a few minutes between sets to recoup.
