Great ride in the afternoon on the road bike. I put the new saddle on and had a blast with it. Such a good choice. Felt so much more solid and comfortable.

I rode a 3 mile TT test during the ride to discover where my fitness is. I did the test in 8:20, which actually surprised me a bit. I didn't expect to go that quick. Of course, it hurt.
