Rode the trainer this evening, since I didn't have time to get out and get a ride in. Between my work, picking up my wife and my church duties tonight, I only had a little bit of time to ride. I included some fast pedal work, with 3 sets of 120 RPM for 30 seconds. I feel that getting faster feet is going to be one of the things that helps me ride better.
