Notes

Good ride on the mountain bike in the evening. It was fun to make my way around on the River Trail. I tried to go easy and take it slow, since my legs were a bit wonky from my hard ride Monday. I think they felt off because I didn't ride at all on Tuesday. Need to figure out a way to be more consistent. Of course, the end of school/seminary is right around the corner, which will free up my mornings. :)
