Notes

Had a nice, easy bike ride after work this evening. Kept my effort very low, about a 2 on a 5+ RPE scale. It was a relaxing ride for sure. I liked being able to just pedal along at an easy pace. Had a headwind on the way out, which wasn't too hard. It was a nice tailwind on the way back that definitely kept my speed up.
