Had a good morning workout. I didn't have a lot of time, so I squeaked in a quick routine at home. Had to take Jenny to work and Sophia to school. No more seminary, so my morning schedule needs adjusting a bit. I still want to get up at 5am and get going, since this will give me plenty of time to do whatever I want, including a quick ride once in awhile.
