Notes

Did a quick trainer ride this evening. Focused mostly on developing quick feet when riding. Did 2 x 5 min intervals at a hard, fast pace. Had 5 min rest in between intervals. Also worked on multiple 10 second intervals at a cadence of 120. It was easier than I thought, once I got to rolling.
